Let's build your website

Everything we need, gathered once, gently. The more you give us here, in words and photos, the closer the first version of your site lands to the one you imagined.

How we work, in plain words

Detail now saves rounds later. We build your whole site from what you give us here, so please be generous: real wording, real prices, real photos. Where you are unsure, write "help me" and we will.

Changes. The first version comes to you on a private preview link. We include up to three rounds of changes free of charge; further rounds are charged at our hourly rate, so it rewards you to tell us everything here first.

Payment. Work begins with 50% of the development fee; the balance is due when your site goes live. Hosting and care continue as a small monthly fee, so your site stays fast, safe and updated without you touching anything technical.

Your photos come straight through this form. Wherever you see an upload button, add the real photos for that part of the site. Name them for what they are if you can (garden-cake.jpg, room-deluxe-1.jpg rather than IMG_1149.jpg); if renaming is fiddly, send them as they are and tell us which is which.

Step 01 of 07

You and your business

The largest, clearest version you have. PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF.

This becomes your About page, and the more you give us the warmer we can write it. Some threads worth pulling: how it started, who is behind it, why the name, what you are proudest of, what customers say about you, what you do differently from everyone else.

Step 02 of 07

What the site is for

The clearer the job, the better the site does it.

Step 03 of 07

Your pages

Pick what fits you best and we'll open the pages a business like yours needs, each with its questions and photo slots. It is a starting point, not a rule. Anything you leave blank, we shape for you.

The pages for a bakery or food business. A beautiful first look, the full menu with prices, your past work, and an easy way to order.
Page

Home

Your best photos, one warm line, and clear ways to order.

Your single best work, well lit. These carry the first impression.
Page

Menu & items

Everything you sell, with prices, in sections. Two easy ways to give it to us: upload your price list as a file, or build it item by item below with a photo on each so every picture is matched to its item.

Excel, PDF or a clear photo. We set it out cleanly.
Page

Gallery

A wall of your best past work. Drop in as many as you like; group them with subheadings if that helps.

Drag photos here, or browse
Your best 8 to 12 past pieces is a lovely gallery.
Page

Ordering

Where an order actually reaches you. Answer what you know; we build the order form around it.

Page

Kind words from customers

Two or three real reviews carry more weight than anything we could write. Copy them from WhatsApp, Instagram or Google, with a first name each.

Page

Questions customers always ask

Your answers become the FAQ page, which is also what helps new customers find and trust you. Answer the ones that apply.

The pages for a hotel, villa or guesthouse. The feeling of the place, the rooms told honestly, everything a guest can do, and an easy way to book.
Page

Home

Two to four wide photos that carry the whole mood, and one line that says what staying here feels like.

Wide shots. Golden hour flatters every property.
Page

Rooms & suites

One card per room type, with 4 to 6 photos each (from the door, the bed, the bathroom, the view). If you have many rooms, give the category each type belongs to and we group them on the page.

Page

Facilities

Tick what you have, add a line where there's a story, and give us 2 to 3 photos of each highlight.

Page

Dining

If food is part of the stay, it deserves its own page.

Real dishes photographed in good light beat everything.
Page

The area: things to see and do

Guests book the whole trip, not just the room. Give us 3 to 5 nearby favourites per category, with rough distances, and photos if you have them.

Page

Booking, offers & policies

We build a booking-request form: guests pick dates, room and guests, you confirm availability, and payment settles it. Tell us how you like to work.

Page

Kind words from guests

Two or three real guest reviews, from Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor or a guestbook, with a first name and country if you have it.

Page

Questions guests always ask

The pages for a shop or clothing brand. Collections people can browse, products with everything a buyer needs to feel sure, and the policies that make them comfortable to pay.
Page

Home

Your strongest campaign or lifestyle photos, and a few featured pieces.

Page

Collections & products

Name your collections, then add products one by one, each with its own photos so every picture is matched to its piece. For a big catalogue, upload your price sheet too and we'll take the rest from there.

Page

Size guide

The single biggest builder of buying confidence for clothing.

Page

Delivery, returns & payment

Page

Kind words from customers

Two or three real reviews, from Instagram DMs, Google or anywhere customers have praised you, with a first name each.

Page

Questions customers always ask

The pages for a doctor or clinic. Calm, clear and trustworthy: what you treat, who the doctors are, and how to get an appointment. We keep patient privacy rules in mind throughout.
Page

Home

Entrance, reception, a consultation room. Real premises build trust; no patients in frame.
Page

Services

Plain language, one block per service.

Page

The doctors

Page

Appointments & patient info

A note on patient privacy. We never publish patient names, stories or photos without written consent, and the site will carry no promises of outcomes. Testimonials, if any, need each patient's explicit written OK.
Page

Patient kind words (only with written consent)

General words of praise only, each with the patient's explicit written OK. Nothing that names a condition or treatment story.

Page

Questions patients always ask

The pages for a service business. What you do, proof you do it well, and an easy way to start.
Page

Page

Services & prices

Visitors leave sites that hide every price. Exact prices, "from" prices or packages all work; pick what suits you.

Page

Your work & kind words

8 to 12 of your best pieces, and a few real client words with their OK to publish.

Questions clients always ask

Tell us what you picture. Not every business needs the same shape; some need one strong page. Describe it and we'll propose the right map, honestly.

Your ideas

Any other pages or sections?

Anything you picture that we haven't opened above: a page, a section, a category of your business we haven't touched. Name it and describe it; we'll shape it.

Pages done

Now the look and feel: colours, lettering, and the sites you admire.

The look →
Step 04 of 07

The look

Point us the right way here. We'll come back with three tailored colour options and layouts to choose from before anything is built, so nothing is locked in.

Browse these galleries, or think of any site you've ever admired. Paste as many links as you like below, one per line, and take screenshots of anything you can't link (a screenshot is fine even where a gallery asks you to sign in).

Step 05 of 07

Any other photos

You've been adding photos where they belong as you went, which is exactly right. Anything that didn't fit a slot: your space, your team, behind the scenes, drop it here. Real photos of your world always beat stock images.

Drag anything else here, or browse
JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 20 MB each. Name them for what they are if you can.
Step 06 of 07

Being found

A few questions that decide how well Google, Maps and the new AI search tools find and recommend you. Skip what doesn't apply.

Hosting, handled. We build, host and care for your site on the studio's professional setup. You approve everything on a private preview link before it goes live, and hosting continues as a small monthly fee alongside your development fee, so your site stays fast, secure and backed up without you ever touching the technical side.
Step 07 of 07

Anything else

Anything we haven't asked that we should know: a side of the business we haven't covered, a worry, a must-have, something a competitor does that you love or hate. This is your space, and nothing here is too small to mention.

That's everything

We read every word and every photo. Next you'll hear from us with a proposed set of pages and three colour directions made for you, and nothing is built until you've chosen.
